This is the light house which overlooks and protects ships as they sail past Australia's most Easterly point, Byron Bay. The lighthouse stands on top of a hill which runs straight down to the rocky shore line that makes up the coast of Byron Bay. The bay itself is a mixture of golden sandy beaches and dramatic cliffs making it now one of the best places in the world I've ever been, truly a paradise on earth.
