The beaches and coastlines of the world provide some of the most dramatic and beautiful landscapes on earth. I spent my younger years growing up near the coast and ever since I have always felt a strong connection and a great respect for the sea. Whenever I travel I always arrange my trips to ensure I manage to visit the coastal areas in order to enjoy and photograph these stunning landscapes.

I'll never forget the beauty of Byron Bay and the Maldives, two locations that are a true paradise on earth. Recently I was able to visit the Red Sea from Taba Heights in Egypt and was struck by the display of light and colour seen as the sunsets over the desert mountains around the shore. I have also included images from a little closer to my home Llandudno, this has great childhood memories for me as the place we visited for family holidays when we moved to the UK from Algeria which was also when we stopped having the fortune of living on the coast.
