Geneva is a city full of surprises, I went with the preconception that it would only be the historic architecture that would be worth photographing. I couldn't of been more wrong, the city is as modern as any other and perhaps has more in common with Hong Kong than Paris.

Geneva is a city full of surprises, I went with the preconception that it would only be the historic architecture that would be worth photographing. I couldn't of been more wrong, the city is as modern as any other and perhaps has more in common with Hong Kong than Paris.

At night every building is illuminated in bright neon lights with flags flying from every bridge. All the streets have their own colourful lighting which makes taking pictures at night in Geneva one of the best places for low light photography. The city is young, vibrant and a real melting pot of cultures and nationalities from around the world. They have achieved the perfect balance of multiculturalism whilst maintain their own unique character and cultural history.
